Job Profile Office Manager

Swedish Motors is seeking an Office Manager to join our team. The position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interaction. This role is the face of the business and has primary customer interaction responsibilities.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Constantly projecting a positive and professional attitude with customers and all team members
  • Taking inbound calls and capturing relevant information
  • Directing customers to appropriate team members
  • Performing service appointment scheduling for customer drop off and pick up
  • Performing customer follow up
  • De-escalation of conflict
  • Basic filing and use of office equipment
  • Prepare clear and accurate service repair estimates for customers
  • This individual displays initiative, can work without constant supervision, is able to work well in a team environment, is highly organized, and maintains a clean and safe work area.
Job Requirements
  • Personable, friendly demeanor with exceptional customer service skills and work ethic
  • Exemplary organizational, multi-tasking, and work prioritization skills
  • Highly proficient in general office management including A/P, A/R, Payroll, Inventory, and Reconciliation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation
  • High attention to detail in all tasks
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality
  • Computer literate (PC)
  • Valid Driver’s License
Prefered Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a professional office environment and / or in roles providing exceptional customer service for large purchases
  • Experience working in a small business environment
  • Experience using customer scheduling software
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Supervisory experience of office staff
  • References from previous employers
Education Requirements
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Details
  • Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday - Friday
