In this part time management role, this position will interact with customers and company employees representing Swedish Motors Sales to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. This role will be responsible for each aspect of the customer purchase lifecycle as well as assisting in the acquisition of automotive inventory. Salary will be based upon work experience and commission structure.

- Face of Swedish Motors Sales
- Work with buyer to acquire inventory for Swedish Motors Sales
- Compliance with all requirements by the State of MN regarding automotive sales under a dealer license
- Writing legible, clear, concise, and complete purchase documents
- Managing shop expenditures
- Managing the scheduling of customer appointments and test drives
- Maintaining facilities in an attractive and safe manner
Additional Responsibilities
- Greeting all customers and vendors that enter shop area
- Coordinate sales activities with Front Office Manager
- Must be available Monday - Saturday
Required Experience
- 2 years of automotive sales experience at dealership or independent automotive shop
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- High integrity
- Computer literacy
- Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Highly effective leadership skills, including above average communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A current, valid driver license with acceptable driving record is required
- Must be punctual and have history of solid attendance record
- Must be team oriented
- Must have excellent organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience researching used automotive inventory
- Experience working at an Independent auto dealership
