I’ve had my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance as well as installation of Volvo’s trailer hitch specifically designed for the current generation XC90. The latter is a complex installation and Swedish Motors did a perfect job. Service has been excellent along with fair pricing. I’ll be back!
The receptionist, whose name I sadly cannot remember, was ever so helpful and clear in her communication about what my car needed and squeezed me in on the same day when they realized I needed a new battery. This was great because I live 100 miles away and was only in town for the day. I always like going to the shop to hang out with the dogs, to look at the used Volvos they have on the display floor And to talk to the receptionist. Again I’m sorry I can’t remember your name
